Fantastic location, very special accommodation with many interesting elements of furbishing creating an exceptional atmosphere. The very friendly host waited for us on site and showed us the place with the smallest details, even though it was only for 1 night. Contact before arrival was perfect as well. Great kitchen equipment and terrace. Quality bathroom amenities. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

The apartment is on the ground floor so there is no need to climb any stairs to carry your luggage all the way up. The cleaning lady was very very nice. We arrived at around 13:30 (which is earlier than the check-in time) and she let us checked-in earlier since the apartment was ready. There were washing machine and dryer in the apartment for us to use which was helpful. The bathrooms and kitchen were well-equipped. AC was also strong enough for the heat. Overall, this place is amazing! The apartment is located approx. 5 mins from the central train station. Very convenient!

Fantastic room. The mattress is super comfortable, the water pressure is great, and the room is spotless and cleaned everyday. The staff of the property is kind and very professional. Plus: they offered us last day breakfast as a good bye gift.

It was clean, nice and the rooms are freshly renewed. Shower is of normal size, not small and cleaning lady comes everyday. The hotel is situated 2 mins from the central train station which is really convinient for those who travel to Florence or elsewhere afterwards. We had questions about opening of the doors, the manager answered at once even though it was Easter - thanks for all the help! The room is quiet, we didn't hear neighbours, maybe some sounds from the street but nothing too loud. The city center of Bologna is not so large, so it's not a long walk to the historical places (I enjoy walking, so it's not a problem at all). Next to the hotel there's a nice bar for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. There's also a paid luggage storage just next to the apartments, so you can leave luggage there when leaving.
