The property was simply stunning. incredible grounds & the room we had was beautiful, immaculately clean and large by European standards. the bed was comfy, pillows & long. bathroom was a good size complete with complimentary toiletries, and also a mini bar to purchase from. we had the most gorgeous view of the Villa gardens outside our window.

Tram station 10 meters away from.gate of complex. Took 10mins into center of florence and only cost 2 euros Very convenient. Shop around the corner. Lovely location. Aircons were a win and balconies lovely. Lathe kitchen which was great. Beds were comfortable.

It has a new/fresh feel to it.
It has plenty of headroom (I'm 1.9m tall and I've stayed in other locations where I've been hitting my head, so this is a consideration for me.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
It felt extremely clean
Breakfast was excellent.
The keys were to newer types of lock.. felt very secure.
Dislikes:
No lifts
The bed had a footboard, and as I am tall, this was a niggle.
