Very quiet and classy accomodation, in a beautiful park, at the edge of Florence. A short downhill walk of approx. 400m takes you to the tramway stop, with direct access straight to the heart of the city. Ideal location if you travel by car and don't want to spend the night in the crowdy and noisy centre, but yet want to explore the city. Breakfast and breakfast rooms are excellent!

The rooms are really nice and include a fridge air con and lovely bathroom. The location is 10min walk to the station 5minutes to the tram and bus. Really good Japanese place a 10min walk away Kaisen sushi. The included breakfast is the best I’ve ever had! The rooms are cleaned daily! Excellent value for money and a lovely stay! Mum and son family run unit who are very kind and make you feel very welcome.

Great place to stay! Nearby tram station and a shot tram ride away to the main station and center station. Very clear communication and well equipped room and kitchen. They also let us put our bags before and after checking without any complications! Thanks again to the host for communication and recommendations!

A quiet place with a beautiful view located very close to the central. We took the villa with the garden view and was there during the end of winter. The weather was perfect. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend for couples to have a calm and luxury home experience.
