The breakfast was amazing, the location was also very good. Is was near to everything. There isn’t anything bad that we found in the hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms and hotel overall were kept very clean. What stood out the most tho was the staff, they were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the apartment was at the epicentre of Florence. We couldn't have been any more central. It became a bit of a joke that pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was between a one and a fifteen minute walk away. There was an amazing view of the piazza in front of the duomo from our windows. It was wonderful to drink a cup of tea and watch the goings on below. The apartment was large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area with a gorgeous frescoed ceiling. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. I have arthritic knees and the apartment was on the fifth floor, but there was a perfectly cute elevator to waft us upwards.

Our room can view the Duomo. The star of the show is our receptionist which went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. She carried our luggage and make sure our needs are met. She even given us very good tips on how to get around and what are the good restaurants( halal).

Cosy clean room at a beautiful location. Staff was very friendly. We checked out in the morning and left our luggages at the reception till late night, very secure and excellent service.

The staff were attentive. And there were many small little things the staff did for us. Like put goodnight chocolate in our room every night. The welcome drink was great. The refilling of the mini bar was awesome.

The location is perfect! Even can see the main church from the bedroom window and walk distance to Uffize. The room is spacious and nicer than the pictures. You can have everything in the apartment, kitchen, laundary, etc. Romeo is extremely friendly and helpful. My friend lost her luggage due to airport mistake. He even helped to go to the airport waiting for 3 hours to pick the luggage for my friend!

the location couldn’t be any better. we loved gazing out of our window and watching the passers by at the Duomo. the staff were exceptionally helpful, providing personal restaurant recommendations.

The lady who waited for us was extremely kind and nice and provided us some very useful advices. The terrace is wonderful, the view over the roofs and on the cupola of the Dome is amazing, apartment was cozy and clean, beds were very comfortable, including sofa, what could be used for sleeping in the living room. The location is excellent, so close to main attractions, also in a walking distance to the train station. The air conditioners were working perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay and wonderful Florence! Thank you!
