Cleanness of the room was to a high standard, we liked that the property contacted us welcoming us in advance Room was cool due to air con being on prior to arrival which was ideal as Florence was very hot when we arrived.

Very helpful staff and the room is large and comfortable and well stocked. However, the roof terrace... If I get started I won't stop. We spent the most magical evening up there looking at the splendour of the Duomo and listening to opera pealing out from below us. The accommodation is right on the Duomo, you really couldn't get a better location and the staff are super, super helpful. It will be out only choice when we return to Florence.
