This was perhaps our favorite stay during our trip, the apartment is gorgeous with painted ceilings, very spacious, two bathrooms and everything needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the location was super central and very easy to find and get to. The view from the window looking at the duomo was spectacular!! Our Florence renaissance dreams really did come true staying at Palazzo Gamba.

We lived in a separate building with a view of Piazza della Repubblica. There was a kitchen and possibility to have tea or coffee. Very good isolation, so though tourists in a square were noisy, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was in a separate building with a nice view of the city (7'th floor).

We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast spread is generous. There’s a lot of choices and the staffs are so kind to accommodate anything you might need. The room is big and beyond our expectations. We were 3 and there’s a lot of space. We loved the complimentaries and the helpful staff. The front desk helped us request for a cab back to the station. Location wise, it’s superb! 10 mins walk from Firenze main station. 8 mins walk to A’ccademia and 3-5 mins walk to Duomo. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

We had an excellent 3-day stay here. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The hospitality was outstanding, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The views from 5th floor rooftop are amazing. The economy room small but pretty with very comfortable bed. Clean and good small b'fast.

Everything! It's truly an amazing place to stay, we don't want to leave. We stayed in the superior room with balcony called 'Teatro' view of the Duomo from the rooftop. This accommodation is a must stay for anyone visiting Firenze. It has everything you need for the perfect stay.
