Excellent location – just a short walk from all major monuments in Florence and only 5 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff – all young, cheerful, and welcoming. The hotel is located on the third floor of a historic residential villa/building, adding a unique charm to the stay. Breakfast was decent – nothing exceptional, but it included all the usual items. That said, there are many lovely cafés, pastry shops, and places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just steps away. A notable convenience is the garage service, available for €30 per night (more for larger vehicles). You simply arrive at the hotel, and the reception contacts the garage. They pick up your car and return it whenever you need it. All in all, we loved it

Martina was so lovely and helpful and provided us with so many tips and recommendations about Florence. The location of the B&B is great as it’s on the less touristy side but with 100s of things to do and places to eat on your doorstep. It was our honeymoon and Martina kindly left a bottle of bubbles to congratulate us with. The interior of the B&B is also great and everything was super clean

The property was great. Location was close to all tourist attractions. The interior of the room and common area were very beautiful and cozy and were perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable too. Communication was perfect, the host waited for us in the property on the day of check-in, and allowed us to keep luggage after check out for few hours.

The room was really nice ! Clean and spacious, we had a really good time staying at Guicciardini24. The hotel is located in a really great area with lots of possibilities to grab a coffee, enjoy a drink or eat ! The host is really nice and will deliver all the instructions needed to find the hotel and how to access your room. He will also answer if you have any questions concerning your stay, which was really appreciated. It was so easy to find the hotel even if our flight was late and we arrived quite late in the night. Close to city center so easy to visit Florence by walk. Would definitely recommend and stay there again ☀️

The rooms are in an old building just across Palazzo Pitti, there is a bus stop there, the old city center is a short walk away, there are several restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. The staff was very nice and helpful, we could check into our room already in the morning when we arrived, which was very helpful. The room was perfectly clean (there is daily cleaning), the bed was very comfortable which is always a big + in our book. :) There was complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water in the room, restocked daily. We loved staying there, it was close enough to the sights to just go "home" during the day for a quick rest or change.
