Very beautifully furnished hotel.
Room was very clean and comfortable.
Very quiet room, double glazed window was totally sound proof.
Breakfast was excellent, with very attentive restaurant staff.
Staff at the front desk and doormen were very helpful and welcoming !
Walking distance to the train station and around the main attractions in Florence. Have not taken any taxi at all during our 2 days there.

The hotel is very stylishly decorated, and the rooms are very modern, beautiful, and comfortable. The location is in the best possible spot. But most importantly, the staff was amazing. They were caring, polite and helpful. Especially Daniel was polite, friendly, and very helpful. He made our dinner reservation at a great restaurant and allowed us to eat a wonderful Florentine steak.
