Everything was great! The location is excellent, the room has great space, it’s clean and neat, nice breakfast room, Carmine is super nice, he is very polite and helpful in every way, he recommends museums, restaurants, guided tours, etc. We would be glad to return to Florence and be guests again at B&B Lorenzo de Medici

Great location. It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest.
Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

It is more than just a hotel, it is creative, arty, quirky and full of lots of special touches. Every possible need for travellers is considered and more eg books, treats, kitchen items, storage, beautiful spaces. If ever in Florence we would stay here again. We will tell others. The parking arrangements were also exceptional.
