Great location. It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest.
Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

It is more than just a hotel, it is creative, arty, quirky and full of lots of special touches. Every possible need for travellers is considered and more eg books, treats, kitchen items, storage, beautiful spaces. If ever in Florence we would stay here again. We will tell others. The parking arrangements were also exceptional.

The room, location, breakfast, staff - it was all excellent! Highly recommended. We enjoyed starting our days with a delicious warm breakfast made to order. The attending staff was delightful, friendly and very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had a lovely view of the square and the landmarks nearby. Loved it! Thanks so much for a lovely stay.
