The location was perfect - close to Duomo, but at the same time on a quite street.
Also the staff was really friendly.
The room was nice and clean and we had everything that we needed for our stay.
There was a nice garden and comfy loby as well.

Exceptional apartment and exceptional service from the staff. We loved staying in the center so close to all sights and still having all the quiet we needed in the apartment. It’s a small boutique hotel run by 2-3 very kind older people that are very helpful and ever so smiling. The rooms are adequate( very very good for the price ) and the breakfast is also very nice.

I liked everything about the place. I was travelling with my mom who is so picky about where she stays. We both liked the place. Here are some points:
1- The communication with the staff was so nice. They sent me the check-in instructions and when I asked some questions they were immediately answering regardless of the time.
2- There is a very safe luggage room where we stored our luggage until the check-in time. Which also works with a code.
3- I had a problem opening the door of luggage room with the code and I sent a text to the support staff on whatsapp. They immediately solved my problem by providing me with the door key which was in a key box in case needed.
4- All the foods in the common kitchen and in the room itself was provided for free and believe me, there were a lot! Also the variety was so nice.
5- They had thought of every single detail one might need during their stay. Such as shower caps, ear plugs, …
5- By the time we were staying, the heating system was still not operating. However, I asked and they provided me with the instructions of the electric fireplace.
6- The whole decoration in and out of the room is super nice.
And lots of other points which I don’t recall now. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I would stay again in the future.
