This new hotel was everything we could wish for. The location is great. It is a ten minute walk to the old town and a very easy stroll along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, but away from the crowds and noise. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of lovely fluffy white towels. And tastefully decorated. The rooms were soundproofed with beautiful soft covered walls and double glazed windows. We slept so well both nights as it was quiet and with internal shutters, you could make the room nice and dark. The staff are amazing! They were all so helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us out when we were having trouble with booking a car. We will be highly recommending in this to friends that are looking for a great hotel in Florence.

Just perfect!!! This property is very well taken care of, everything looks new and there is a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped (not that we wanted to cook!) and there is complementary coffee, tea, and even ingredientes to make a pasta meal! Location is perfect. This was my first time staying Santa croce and I will know stay in this area everytime likely. The restaurants were incredible. Short walking distance to all the tourist sites but not over run with tourists. The place is very nice. Huge. 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms. A nice size kitchen with washing machine. A small balcony and a huge living room. It has everything a family would need or two couples. The rooms have privacy and their own bathrooms. The AC worked great in both bedrooms and the living room. Very comfortable to sleep even while it was over 100 when I was in Florence.
