Position is outstanding. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there early and pick them up late. I needed a doctor, on a public holiday, and they arranged it immediately. Can't praise them enough.
It is a small hotel with an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing, coffee, food and service. Windows could be opened, we could listen to the life below and when closed it was completely silent.

Gorgeous and unique rooms, with friendly staff who speak several languages. The facilities are also excellent and the on-site bar and restaurant are very high quality. I recommend the breakfast!

Extraordinary service. They upgraded us in a bigger room due to me having had a "smart booking" or sth. Then when the toilet flush broke down they fixed it super fast and gave me a complimentary pasta pack. The breakfast is extraordinary. Even keeping our luggage after check out was so organised. The location is dreamy, literally on the central train station. Will prefer it every time I come to Florence.
