I loved the details, the interior design is amazing. The overall feeling is of being at home away from home. Breakfast is great and thanks to Samira for the cake! The staff was discrete and very helpfull when needed for bookings, restaurant. The location super central and very quiet at night. We will be back hopefully soon

The staff were super , they never made me feel I was asking too many questions, recommendations for tours, shopping etc Location could not be better, walked everywhere and easy to find when I got lost Breakfast was just beyond fabulous I loved my time there

Perfect location, right near the train station and within walking district of every big attraction. The facility was updated, clean and comfortable for our group of 4. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

This is a small boutique hotel, which is a great plus for us. You have to climb a few stair steps before getting to the elevator but there is always help with your luggage. The building is a beautiful renovated one, very nice rooms and breakfast room, No restaurant though. Our room had a good comfortable area, classic style, including a beautiful bathroom that had a little tight shower though, but not troublesome. The bathroom has heating system for towels which seems to heat the whole of the bathroom. Very comfortable roomy bed. Some noise from the street during the weekend nights , although the windows are very well insulated. I expect noise won't be an issue if you get a room facing the Via Tornabuoni. Staff was very welcoming and efficient. All in all very happy with our experience here.
