Everything . Due to flight problems, we received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a room upgrade. Staff is extraordinary, food is very tasty (chef Tomazzo!). Clean rooms and comfy beds. Very pleasant and family owned Hotel.

Beautiful decorated, I had a suite with a terras which was big and comfortable. Breakfast included fresh fruit and was good. Safe area in the city centre, but not noisy. As a single female travelling I felt safe.

Everything. The best experience with booking.com. Location cannot be better. The view only is worth. I like the bathroom, decoration is contemporary and clean shining. Friendly staff provide everything you need. We have three persons and with two big luggages. The Room is big enough to open luggage and still walk smoothly.

This hotel is situated in an absolute perfect location! Right next to the river, it is ideal walking distance to all of the cities attractions and so many fabulous restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and the service !st class…..shout out to Francisco who was very charming. Also to the staff on the roof top bar….so fun and friendly! Finally our room was extremely spacious and so comfortable!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Balestri! The entire staff—reception, porters, and housekeeping—were incredibly polite and courteous, making me feel right at home. Despite my not speaking Italian, they went out of their way to guide me to Florence's must-see tourist spots and historic landmarks, which I truly appreciated.
I opted for the apartment instead of a standard hotel room, and it was a fantastic choice. The view from the tiny balcony, overlooking the city's vibrant main street, was breathtaking. Sipping my morning coffee there was one of the highlights of my trip! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious breakfast, which was a nice touch.
Additionally, the apartment included a washer—super convenient for those jumping from one city to another—and the bathroom was spotless and really well organized.
My stay couldn't have been more comfortable. I'm so grateful to the entire Balestri team for making my experience so memorable. I can't wait to return!

iIt s a small and chic hotel located 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, Uffizi and 10 minutes from the Pitti Palace. If you come by car you have to drive through the narrow and crowded streets, carefully to the front of the hotel where they take you to the garage.
The rooms are chic, clean, well insulated from the noise outside. Breakfast consists of 3-4 cheese specialties, ham, smoked salmon, boiled or scrambled eggs, some fruits, vegetables 3-4 types of bread, several types of cakes, coffee varieties, yogurts and milk. It is repetitive but varied enough to find something suitable.
At 5:30 pm, prosecco and natural juices are offered in the small lounge for free. We found a nice room next to the breakfast room where you could serve the above.
We felt very good and recommend it!
