Room was super nice and warm and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen, incl water boiler, 3 stoves and 2 or 3 sinks to wash dishes. Dishes were clean, kitchen was clean. Free food in the kitchen - pasta, rice, potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, apples, biscuits, garlic, onions, salt, pepper. Wonderful courtyard and common area. Location close to the city center and train station Piazza Principe (2 min walk). Little library they have going on - if you like reading books you will find them there in English and German. Hot water in the shower and water pressure. Renting a towel is only 2 eur. I brought my own - a small one - but because the payment was rather symbolic, I rented out a big comfy towel from the hotel :)

The hotel was a walking distance from the Train Station and very close to the MSC Cruise Port, if you don't have too much luggage you can walk otherwise Taxi or Uber will be cheap. The hotel have an elevator that helps to access from the street. The hotel have a amazing personnel with a very nice and professional attitude to the customer, specially at the front desk.

Nuovo Nord is an affordable hotel enjoying a wonderfully central location in Genoa's historic center. Set 164 ft from the train station, everything is just walking distance away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Francesco and Iustina. The room was nice and clean. The location is absolutely perfect: close to the railway station and to a parking lot.

Located opposite Genova Principe Train Station, the Continental is a restored Art Nouveau hotel overlooking the city.

Hotel staff was super nice. And I was upgraded to the 5 star next hotel, Grand Savoia and had a very pleasant stay there. Rooftop bar is cool and you have a nice view of the city and port. I also enjoyed the breakfast, and breakfast staff was super helpful and friendly. Right next to the train station and the airport buses, so convenient if you want to nearby cities, Cinque terre and Portofino.
