The hotel was exactly like they say on their webpage! Normally when you book at a hotel, you brace yourself that the pictures no longer represent reality or the hotel ad has just taken it too far. I am happy to say that at Frankensteiner we got exactly the 5-star experience they promised. Thank you so much for making our hotel stay such a wonderful experience. Location is great, straight on the beach. You can either lie on the beach or in the nice hotel garden by the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. I appreciate that the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. They always helped me with parking. Room was clean and spacious, with balcony and a nice view on the sea. Good value for money.

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful front sea view, nice and clean beach with appropriate beach service, very good breakfast (5* level) and beverages, friendly personnel, among others Mamadou and Evgenio from the bar. High quality of room cleaning. Very nice customer approach, helpfull staff, my special thanks to reception manager Mrs. Barbara. We left with the feeling that the hotel management really care about the guest here.
