The location was perfect. Easy to free park outside the walls and short walk into old town to apartment. The apartment was very spacious and decorated beautifully. So modern and fresh. Lovely aperitivo bar on the corner and short walk to all the sites, restaurants and shops.

Excellent communication from host. Warm vibrant personality. Able to leave luggage early but my room had been cleaned so I could check in as well which I very much appreciated.
Location easy walk from train through medieval walls along to amphitheater area which the shared kitchen area looks straight over. Priceless. Coffee machine. lovely coffee. Spotlessly clean area.
The main door opens straight across to the wonderful mosaics of San Frediano
Rooms modernised with tasteful decor super clean super comfy fast stable wifi.
