The flat is located in a very centric building, just off the University. From there you can reach all the center and main neighbourhoods of Naples walking.
Just renewed, everything in the B&B is in amazing conditions. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big and complete, rooms are decorated in minimalist style and air conditioning is super silent.
Breakfast is lovely.
Last but not least, Mario is an amazing host. Attentive, always available and helpful, he has surrounded himself of a caring team such as Anna Maria.

The location is great, in the heart of Naples, and our room had a view on the inner courtyard, so we weren't bothered with any sounds. The host Luigi was exceptional - the communication was great - Luigi was quick to answer and helpful with all the questions we had. Also, he made some great suggestions for places to visit and where to eat.

Mr Fabio is a wonderful host and immediately makes you feel at home. He greeted me at the door and carried my suitcases to the hotel and wouldn't let me help. He's a true gentleman and the kindest soul you will meet.
He went into great detail about where to go and what to try and went so much as to draw me an itinerary for my day.
My bedroom was lovely and decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable and the linen incredibly soft. The Ac worked very well, and I had a safe and a fridge in my room with complimentary drinks and water.
The day of my departure I needed to leave before breakfast at 7.30, Fabio ensured my taxi was arranged in advance and went so far as to prepare me a special personalized breakfast with delicious treats and coffee for me to have. It was such a kind gesture and a testament to the incredible hospitality he has shown me.
I will forever be grateful and highly recommend staying here.
Furthermore the location is ideal for anyone wishing to be in the heart of Naples old town. All the iconic sites are within a couple to a few min away by foot, including the Duomo.
For the level of service, comfort, cleansiness, style and location of his hotel, I'd give.him a 4 on 4 star rating if I could.

Mariano was the best host ever! From a welcome drink and snacks upon arrival to tips about what to see in the city to a beautiful room - modern and clean with a small balcony overlooking the busy Napoli streets. The warm sweets for breakfast waiting outside our door in the morning and the cappuccino machine and supplies in our room for morning coffee were excellent. Great location too! Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Napoli. Gracie mille Mariano!
