Everything. The location was great, it was really close to the Sansevero Chapel and also Spaca Napoli. The room was clean and very quite. Even if they did not offer breakfast, Luigi, the staff, kindly gave me a list of restaurent or pizzeria.

Definitely the support from host side was the best from whole visit. Without guys help I would been spending hours for searching nice place for breakfast, lunch, dinner but also attractions or parking. With all these things hosts help me a lot and it was the best experience what I had till today. About room - everything as described. Clean, modern, great place to spent some time in Napoli :)

If you want to stay in the Historic Centre of Naples you probably couldn't find a better location than Casa Ornella. Just a few steps off the Spaccanapoli and yet somehow the apartment is peaceful and quiet. It was modern, immaculately presented, had all the necessities I could have wished for and a lot of extra little thoughtful touches. Roberto was very friendly and helpful and an excellent host. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I couldn’ t be more content about my experience in bellavista relais! First of all the location is ideal next to centro storico and the main street, via Toledo. The metro station is about 3 minutes. The room is beautiful, as you see it in the pictures. It was every day cleaned and refreshed by a very sympathetic girl. In addition there is a polite caretaker at the reception. I loved Napoli and bellavista relais and Giusj made my stay unforgettable! I will be back again for sure!

Biagio was an amazing host! The room is so comfortable and I love the decoration. The location is also perfect, and you can easily have anything for food and buy souvenirs with a 1-4 minute walk. If I ever end up coming back to Naples for some reason, I’ll stay there again.
