The staff were very friendly and made dinner reservations for us. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious as was the bathroom. The hotel was right in the historic centre but being on a side street, was quiet at night. It was a delight staying here!

The location was excellent being right in the middle of the historic area, everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment was comfortable with large bedrooms, the bathroom was large and modern. I loved the feel of the apartment with the exposed old brick in amongst the new plaster. There was great quiet little bar about 10m from the apartment that we stopped in each evening for a night cap! Guiseppe was really responsive and gave us great recommendations and helped us with a transfer to the airport - thank you!

Mariella is an amazing host! We love her personality, and she made us feel welcomed and right at home. Her breakfast is delicious, with home-made sweet and salty options. Is like having a brunch for breakfast! The room itself was clean and cosy with a comfortable bed and 4 pillows. The location is just a few min walking from the train station. We arrived before check-in time and were able to get the room early. We had the possibility to leave the luggage even after check out. I will recommend it to anyone going to Palermo to stay here!

Heritage Collection is a wonderful renovation of an older building. It was a great location but the staff made it exceptional;. It felt like they gladly wanted to serve and make our stay special. We felt cared for, appreciated and wanted. Anna, the hostel was simply wonderful, efficient, knowledgeable, and there to assist in every way. The cleaning staff were noticeable in how well they cared for the room and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and they succeeded. We have travelled a lot and this team stood out in the quality the added to our stay.

Everything was perfect, location, accommodation, Massimo was so attentive. We were in the historic centre but quiet and everything within walking distance. We had airport shuttles to and from the B&B. Highly recommended in every respect.
