The room, location and breakfast was simply perfect. Mariella is an amazing host who takes a good care of the guests. She makes your stay comfortable and delicious. I will never forget these lemon cookies ;) Room is very clean and quite spacious. It’s really close to the center and all the monuments you should see during the stay. Mariella prepares a delicious breakfast every day and tries to serve typical sicilian food. She provides also some tourist guides in the room and of course lots of information about the Palermo and other close cities.

The apartments were lovely — tidy, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for our group (two in the first apartment and one spacious bathroom in the second). The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, yet the street itself is surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in the city centre.
The host was excellent — always available, very polite, fair, and genuinely helpful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would warmly recommend him.

The renovation of the place, formerly an ancient palace is amazing. Modern materials and ancient part are mixed in a perfect match. Rooms are very comfortable. Location is a must and the staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay here.
