Our host, Antonella, was amazing. Throughout our stay Antonella ensured that we got the most out of our visit. Our room was immaculate and had its own balcony. The location is perfect for walking throughout the city and is close to the rail and bus terminal which we used. It is also close to the port and, as in our case, made an easy walking distance base for embarking and disembarking the cruise ship. Breakfast was provided at a time of our choice and the selection on offer was huge and delicious. Antonella provided a map of Palermo on which she identified points of interest (including historic areas and places to eat) and support by text if we needed help with busses etc. during our stay. Her information also included nearby places of interest that we might like to visit, which we did. They were wonderful. We very much look forward to visiting again in the future.

We are quite experienced travellers and have NEVER given any accommodation in the world a top grade, but this place deserves it. We could not find a single thing that we wanted different about this place. Everything was absolutely satisfactory. The room is clean with a beautiful view. The bed is comfortable and pillows are even available in a firm and a soft variant. They even provide their own city guide upon arrival, demonstrating that they really care about your stay being a success. All details you could possibly image have been accounted for. Thank you to Davide who demonstrated the best customer service and kindness we have ever received throughout our travel. No need for a 6 star hotel - choose this place instead.

Our host Benny, was helpful in every respect possible. We arrived late at night and he met us at the station, most welcome after an 11+ hour train journey from Rome. The following morning he provided breakfast from an extensive menu, then took us to our next accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble and he was engaging, providing us with really interesting information about the history of Sicily. The room was clean, fresh and modern, furnished to a high standard.
