The staff was so wonderfully helpful. Recommended the most delightful restaurant right around the corner. The front desk went above and beyond assisting us with excursions. The hotel itself was a little gem. Loved it.

The Family Affair looked after us very well for 4 days. Our room, and probably all the others, was very individually designed and tastefully furnished. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and left nothing to be desired. The friendliness and helpfulness of the team deserves special mention. The hotel is centrally located without being noisy. The Family Affair is a clear recommendation for Palermo.

Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes is an elegant Art Nouveau building, right outside the restricted traffic area. It is a 5-minute walk from Palermo’s Massimo and Politeama Theatres.

Marco was really passionate and welcoming. We were allowed to store our luggages before check in time. He also gave us good sightseeing recommendations. The location of the b&b is good with elevator. Nice breakfast with coffee made by Marco.

very clean, pleasant smell in the hotel and room, which is very important to me. Breakfast is standard - coffee and croissant. but the service of the girl at the reception is a different story. I have not seen this in the best hotels. This is a VIP service. it's like you're in a sail hotel in Dubai. For her sake I would return to this hotel 100%

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very big, clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. The location is excellent, with walking distance from the main street, surrounded with many places to eat and have a drink. The host is amazing, helpful and available at any time. Me and my wife had a realy great time here. Definitely recommend it!

Location to the old town and opera house was less than 10 mins walk. Arrived by train and bus from Cefalu which was easy to navigate. Close to Palermo airport bus stop too to fly back. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Host very friendly, gave us lots of great advice on what to visit and where to eat. Breakfast good with enough choice for our 2 night stay. Lovely, fresh orange juice.
