This place is unique! Warm welcome, with all necessary information regarding to top tourist places, we were welcomed by Mariella. It was a great experience, Mariella loves her job, and I felt like home there. Room was very nice, as well as bathroom, 24/7 reception made us feel safe. Santo is another person who is a great spirit of this place. I will definitly return when in Rome again. Such places are like pearls, you know you are welcomed, and that makes your staying amazing. Thank you Mariella and Santo for your hospitality and kind care. You are amazing ♥️ Breakfast is available NEXT door, so you can enjoy staying with beautiful place and view. THANK YOU!!

I recently stayed at the Nakissa Inn in Rome and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of Rome with easy access to all the city's top attractions. But what truly made my stay at the Nakissa Inn exceptional was the attention to detail and service. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and memorable, making recommendations for places to visit and eat that I would have never discovered on my own.

Hotel is good, but the STAFF is outstanding! They really make the differnce. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the city. Great recommendations for restaurants, cafés, traditional food, tourist traps, you name it. I went very well prepared for this trip and yet they provided a couple of great tips that made it even better. Breakfast was ok, just the right amount of things you may need, and the space is not big, but since we were going out very early that was never an issue. The beds were a bit too firm for our taste, but of course that's a very personal thing. OH! And of course the location of this place is perfect to move around the city, walking distance from all places (if you like to walk) and easy access to public transportation as well.

The host was very communicative, sending us a video on how to check-in ourselves as our flight landed very late at night. He was also quick to send us GREAT recommendations for food and drink and was there for us for anything we needed. The place was very clean and very central, a few minutes away from the Colosseum and many vintage shops and above a great little spot for coffee and breakfast. Whilst is is in a central location, the soundproofing was amazing and we were not at all affected by the sounds of the city below. Also, a lovely cleaning lady would come into our room every day to clean and tidy up. Overall a great experience.

The apartment was incredibly clean, smelled like brand new, Andrea left us some welcome food that included different snacks, beverages and everything we needed for our breakfast during our stay. The location cannot be better, being just a few meters away from the Colosseum and the road that leads to the city center. It is peaceful, safe, and gives a unique experience like you’re somewhere on the outskirts of the town where the only thing you hear are the birds chirping. This apartment had all the equipment needed, and more, it felt like a real home. My friends and I had the best time, especially sitting on the terrace in the morning and enjoying the sunshine. Can’t wait to be back! Special thanks to the hosts for being so kind, friendly and available for all the questions and favors we needed! ❤️
