Location was very close to the prime tourist spots. Was also easy to find and only about a 5-minute walk from Rome Termini. Close to subway station. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby.
Staff were very helpful and responsive to inquiries. Followed up with myself re: arrival time so they can assist with smooth check-in. Staff also tried to offer help with my luggages on arrival. Also provided suggestions on where to buy stuff to bring back home for friends/family.
Room was very clean and well-maintained. Definitely gives an Ancient Rome vibe, too! Can actually accommodate 3 people comfortably. Very comfortable bed. The building and surrounding neighbourhood felt safe and secure even at night.

Everything was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean, the view was amazing. They provided everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen area was clean and had everything you could need.
The location is great, so close to the main attractions and had very easy access to public transportation.
The host was extremely kind and helpful, he responded very quickly to any questions we had, and even let us leave our luggage there and pick them up later, since we had a late flight.

Everything! The location is excellent to take the metro, train or bus, anything you may need. It¿'s close to many atractions and Giorgio's warmness is amazing. Every morning we were received by freshly home made breakfast (scrambled eggs/bruschettas/coffee), and with so many options it was basically a buffet. I had read that breakfast was awesome, but just wasn't prepared for such level of awesomeness.
Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Rome.
