The location, which is very close to the train station, and room where excellent, it was the perfect way to start our holiday. We were very appreciative that they had our room ready for an earlier check in as I requested as we had flown from New Zealand.
The included breakfast was great, it was sometimes hard to find a seat and some food needed refilling as it was very busy, but the selection available was very good.

The host Giorgio is one of the best hosts I've ever met. As soon as you check in, he welcomes you with drinks and explains you in great details, how to go around Rome to maximize the number of spots you can see. His hospitality is exceptional and his breakfasts are to be looked forward to. The Roma Termini is a 10 mins walk away from the property, which makes it super convenient as well.

The property is a three-bedroom apartment, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. You enter into a shared dining and kitchen area, and each bedroom is secured with a keycard-access code box. One detail to note: the motion-sensor light inside the room took some getting used to—I never quite adjusted to it.
Overall, the apartment is quiet and private. During our week-long stay, we only saw the other occupants once. The building itself is peaceful, and the unit is located on the second floor (above the ground level, which is labeled as floor 0).
The location is great—just a short walk to the Central Market, where you’ll find food, shops, and access to the train. There’s also a small convenience store right next door and a luggage storage facility nearby.
