Location is great, not too far away from city centre so, you can see and feel a Rome urban traffic. Staff is very friendly… it was great pleasure talk with them… and they are real professionals… invisible but always on point, ready to answer or help for any issue… Facilities are very good and very equipped… Breakfast was exceptional…. On my last night in Rome, we stayed at Rome Grey Suite because it’s pretty close to the airport. While my intentions were pure, it didn’t end up being as great of an experience as I would have hoped. On a good note, they provided us with an assortment of snacks (chips, cookies, and a small dessert) as well as a juice box and a bottle of water. The apartment, while small, was cozy and I liked the décor in the bedroom. They also have air conditioning and WiFi—two essentials for me. The apartment was clean and it served its purpose for us.

Everything was perfect. Great location close to dinner places. Breakfast was fantastic, in the garden setup. Staff very attentive. Upgraded room was superb too.
