Francesco and his team really know how to host guests. They helped us quickly every time we asked, the room was very nice decorated, breakfast and kitchen space made we filling in our house. For the people arriving or leaving Rome by train is a perfect place to stay.

The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need, the host is a very kind and willing to help with everything you need, he allowed us to keep the luggage’s in the apartment until we left to the airport. You can find right in front of the apartment stores, restaurants and pubs. At night it gets a bit loud because it’s situated in the pedestrian zone, and the local pubs and restaurants are open until 2 am.
Overall everything was perfect, surely a good place to come if you wanna visit Rome, also it’s near the metro station, we got to the center of Rome in approximately 30 minutes by metro.

Very kind owners, clean and very stylishly furnished rooms with everything you need on site. We arrived when we wanted, and we departed when we needed without any issues, if we needed any help we got it. All in all great very communicative and hospitable people, as well as a pretty, well equipped apartment with wverything being as is described in the listing. Quiet location with great food nearby as well as few shops and bus/tram stations, great stay, couldnt recommend more.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Carlitta in Rome! The host was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect place, great host, very spacious flat close to tram links for the main train station and city centre. Anna was very kind to let us find drinks and snacks on arrival. We were also able to arrange a late check out for no extra fee. I could not recommend the place enough, there are also a few food restaurants and many shops within 2-3 minutes walk.
