A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, a home away from home experience, very friendly and attentive reception staff , rooms were super clean and cosy , I though it was going yo be very noisy being in the centre of everything but no it was just amazing to open the windows and hear the bustling of city life 😀 Beautiful cafe's and restaurants right outside the door and the hotel is literally around the corner from.the Colloseum We will definitely return ! Thank you for a wonderful stay

I have had the blessing of having travelled to Rome on vacation about 5 times since 2013 and Hotel Smeraldo is the only hotel I will stay at. It's in the heart of Rome, close to restaurants, walking diatance to all attractions (if you enjoy walking). Lobby Staff, cleaning staff and the morning buffet staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent. Alessandro is very helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Self-service breakfast, quiet location, cozy and clean room. We walked everywhere, everything is literally within walking distance. We definitely recommend it. We would love to come back again.
