Place is clean with access to all appliances you need. Fabio is a great host, communication with him was very good and efficient. It’s very close to Vatican City and Ottaviano tube station. We’ve enjoyed stay in the apartment and overall Rome and we would like to recommend it.

One of the standout features of this apartment was its impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. We had a wonderful stay at this place in Rome! The accommodation was beautiful, cozy and clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Vatican City and close to the metro, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet well-connected with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

The host, Alberto is really helpful in everything. The location of the place is good, near the metro station and the Vatican. We booked the room that does not have a bathroom inside, but it is not a big problem, it is just in front of the room. Clean and nice place. The breakfast is in a llittle café near the b&b. Really nice and kind staff, good atmosphere. Delicious food (a croissant and a hot drink). We got some extra juice and snacks in the room. They have only 3 rooms, so it is peaceful and quiet, only the doors are a bit too loud. We had a really good time there, Grazie Alberto!

Stefano is an amazing host. He send you all details and tips in advance. Very caring about our needs. The location is just 10 min by walk to Vatican Museum. You can park limited on the streets or at a park house for 20 EUR a day, which is very reasonable for the area. The area has a fresh market and a few supermarkets and nice restaurants around. The metro takes you to any important Roman monument. So next time when I come back to Rome, will definitely sty at Stefanos place and really can recommend it.
