Alessandro is very nice and friendly! We were almost overwhelmed by his hospitality. He gave very detailed instructions for self check-in, the breakfast was very nice -- almost the best American style breakfast we've ever had in any hotels. He is always ready to help when we have any questions. Room servise is provided everyday, and the housekeeper does a great job in cleaning.
Last but not least, great location, few minutes walk to the metro station, shopping area, and Vatican City.
100% recommend and will definitely live here again when we visit Roma next time.

Very nice hotel! The staff was very helpful and nice, we checked in earlier since the room was ready.
We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay more next time! The room was great, beautiful and had everything we needed : AC, refrigerator, safety box, tv, closet, a little desk.
The hotel arranged a private taxi to the airport which was greatly appreciated!
The breakfast was amazing, many options and the food was delicious!

Awesome area, near the historic center of Rome. You can walk to any major sights of Rome (Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps etc). There is a police station near Clementi that enforces safety feeling. Very quite neighborhood. Jeric fron Clementi was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose it again when we visit Rome.
