An historic, well-cared for building on beautiful grounds. The onsite restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful at every step. A great place for a leisurely, quiet stay in a peaceful setting.

The morning before our arrival we already realized that the guests are well looked after, because we received a message with precise directions (important to find the place!) and information about the surrounding area, the Valnerina (valley of the Nera River).
On arrival we were immediately greeted very warmly in English by the owners and their son. The friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our entire stay, so we can only recommend this place for a holiday in the countryside.
We also enjoyed dinner in the Taverna together with other guests. Not being a fan of Italian "colazione", I appreciated the offer for a non-sweet breakfast.
