Everything was perfect. Owner, room with large bathroom and italian shower, breakfast with fresh orange juice, ham, cheese, eggs, sweets, ... You can park in the street in front of the B&B or inside if it s busy. 1 km from Sirmione historic center with a nice walk along the lake. You can also stay around with lots of nice restaurants nearby 2 minutes walk.

The apartment is lovely. Air conditioning wonderful in the Italian summer heat. Perfect spot to explore from. Close to the bus stops and lovely restaurants. Close to an amazing Gelateria too! Bakery below is full of tasty treats. Valentina was so helpful and kind, she was great sorting out any queries and fixing air conditioning as soon as we told her it had stopped. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment, lots of space to relax in after visiting the beautifull towns of lake Gada. The kitchen has every thing you need for cooking. The location is excellent and is very close to shops and places to eat, If you want to catch the bus it is only a few minutes away, Our host was very nice and helpfull came to meet us with the keys and also to collect them.
