Fantastic accommodation!! FloVe’ Rooms had only been open a week when we stayed. The facilities are great. Spacious room with a nice bathroom. The staff were fantastic, they were only too happy to help with recommendations and advice.
The accommodation is located slightly away from the main tourist spots, which was no issue. The suburb has many local cafes and restaurants that feel more authentic than central Venice.
Would happily stay again in the future

First, the hotel is located near a train station. Secondly, during check-in and check-out, the front desk was polite and explained everything in clear English. Due to circumstances, I had to check out at 6am and they let me have a snack and water. I felt a high level of hospitality.

Room was spacious enough and very clean with nice clean linen and towels. Shower was nice and hot, everything was in place and in order. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They even packed us some breakfast to go when we had to catch an early train and thus couldn't eat their plentiful breakfast.
We were travelling by train so didn't want to cross any bridge with strollers and suitcases, so their location was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Very clean hotel in venetian style with excellent location. The breakfast was delicious. Our host, Alexandra, was very professional and helpful with everything we may need. On the last day, we had an early flight and didn't have time for breakfast, so she prepared for us delicious sandwiches to bring with. Strongly suggested.
