very comfortable place. We were 2 adults and 3 children and it was perfect. At 15min walking from the train station is perfect to settle and start covering the islands. The place was neat and tidy, with all you may need for a good stay.

Great place!
It's a bit away from the noisiest streets and that's just perfect. After a long day of exploring you come back to a comfy place without loud sounds.
Breakfast: not a good selection, but I've heard it's typical for Venice hotels so we knew what to expect.
No lift, only stairs: once again, we were warned, most hotels here are similar.
