From the moment we stepped in, during all days of our trip and even after we checked out everything was amazing. Location is great, hotel is very modern, compact but extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and staff are friendly and very helpful. If you go to Venice you should definitely check it out.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk around while still being in a quite enough area to sleep well. It was very easy to arrive from the train station via the vaporetto (stop is 5 min away, and only one small bridge to cross). We particularly enjoyed the ground floor suite we had booked - seeing the gondolas right outside our windows was quite unique! Staff was also very helpful with recommendations for diner and excursions. We would definitely stay there again.

First, I was very impressed by the host, Pietro. From the moment I booked the apartment, many months ago, he was available on WhatsApp for any question I had (and I had many). He provided a lot of useful information about Venezia and helped solve any issue we had. the apartment is big, and can easily host 6-8 people. rooms have double beds. 2 bathrooms were very important for our big family and were modern and renovated. Hot water was enough for all 6 of us. The location is a bit far from the center, but it meant that it was less crowded and allowed us to discover local restaurants and bars in the area that tourists normally don't find. The apartment is clean and has everything that you need. if you need to do laundry, better to bring your own detergent or buy locally. Pietro gave us very detailed instructions how to find the apartment and how to get there, as well as recommended restaurants in the area. Since it is August many places were closed but still, it was good to get this information.

What a fabulous find right next to the train station. The hotel has been recently renovated and it is beautiful. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and offered great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We left full and ready to explore each day. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. When I come back, I am staying here.
