Overall, the location was amazing and made our stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special thank you goes to Hans at the front office for helping us with the luggage and a smooth checkin. Your dinner recommendation was superb.

Room was upgraded for free for the superior room with canal view/ Room was very big, clean, with a nice view. Breakfast was really amazing, good choice, big portions. Cleaning service was very fast and proper. Shower gel and cream in the rooms have very nice smell. Location of the hotel is very good, near San Marco and all tourist places. Will get back again!

The check in process was so simple and friendly - the staff here is exceptional. They gave me an incredible room with a view of the piazza, and they had a lot of recommendations for where to go, how to make it happen, etc. I also had a glass of wine in the bar one evening and the bartender was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the drinks, the location, the trains, basically everything we discussed. I had a great American Breakfast on the way out, and they were so proactive in making sure I had everything I needed.

Very well maintained and managed property, the staff is very responsive and kind! The guests are well taken care of, upon our arrival they left us wine and drinks at our table as a compliment. Overall the apartment is very good with a beautiful terrace and comfortable beds. The location is also very good and is 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. There is a Coop supermarket nearby.
