Best choice I've made. Terrific hotel. It's a bit after the city center but that made it even more special. We discovered an amazing part of the city and it was easy to get there. Near everything we needed. Close to a Boat Station. Stefano, the manager was super nice and gave us a lot of hints to enjoy our stay. Definitely recommend it and would come back for sure!

Arrived by train and took the water taxi which dropped us near San Marco.
We walked and was a small maze to find the hotel but we are lucky we had tom-tom walk.
The hotel is located in a nice palazzo and its quiet and very chi and cosie boutique feeling.
Breakfast was nice and lovelt staff.
The receptionists are all very nice and helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
The rooms are very grand and smart and cosie.
Overall we had a lovely time we will come back to this hotel in future .
Bathroom was clean and room was kept clean.
It had a nice garden in the back but didn't have the chance to explore it.
