It was a beautiful apartment in a quiet alley. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage space within the apartment complex after check out. This is important for us because this is almost the only reason we avoid booking apartments because there’s no storage for luggage.

After many trips to Italy over many years, this is my favourite city hotel by a long way.
My fiancee and I stayed here for 2 nights after getting engaged before our arrival. All the staff were wonderful to deal with and helped make the trip extra special for us.
Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to San Marco Basilica. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food and drink options in the hotel and the surrounding area were fantastic. We used the hotels complimentary transport to Murano and had a lovely time at the factory.
Will definitely be back

The view from the room was fantastic as it overlooks the lagoon. The room was airy and very spacious. It is just 2 mins walk from the waterboat station. The manager of the hotel Stefano was extremely friendly and helpful. Fabulous stay at the property.

Well Organized, Friendly and we received a lot of useful information.
The room was great in Venetian style with canal view.
The location is very close to San Marco Square and loads of nice restaurants are around.
