The room was very close to the train station, clean, quiet, well equipped with toiletries, water, coffee/tea machine. Also I liked the staff (very helpful), the breakfast (many vegan option), the temperature in the hotel/lobby/room and the internet speed.

Everything!! I loved a kindness staff provided us. The breakfast was fantastico!! You can enjoy a buffet style including cornet, salami, cheese, coffee and more! You are going to love it. The room is clean and the bed helps you sleep like a baby ;) It was lovely time at the hotel and I would recommend you to stay!

Very nice hotel, staff was top notch, it was clean and modern. The hot tub on the balcony was well worth the extra cost, they had proper hot water and there was nothing like relaxing in the heat after a day of walking around the city. Location was a bit to the side, but there's a market right nearby, a great drinks bar almost next to the hotel and water bus stops a few hundred meters away.

AMAZING PLACE! Everything’s just great. Even the sofa bed is more comfortable than other place. Very beautiful. Staff is great. Even though this place a little far from main palazzo but I’ll definitely choose here if I have an another trip in Venice!

Unfortunately we had a very early departure so we didn’t get to have breakfast but when we went to check out a beautiful take away breakfast box had been prepared. The hotel is a beautiful, we received a very warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco and some nibbles, our room was stunning, the location was perfect and we would definitely return.

The place was amazing. A small garden at the entrance gave you the feeling of a cozy place. The stairs are large enough to carry the luggage. The apartment was huge and spotless. He had 2 bedrooms, each with its bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook breakfast; it had a nice view of the canal. Very warm and nicely decorated. Everything was functional and we felt very well inside. Sleeping was amazing with very comfy beds and pillows.

Great place and very good location in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to all the sightseeing in Venice. The host family is very kind, attentive, and helpful with everything you may need. Rooms are very well kept, nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated. We extended our visit and stayed in two rooms, in both of which we felt very comfortable. Having the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight in the morning. We recommend this place and will come back.
