Very cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the fact that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus station it is located in a quite and beatiful place. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the canal. The room was clean and nice.

We stayed in an apartment with 2 rooms, super comfortable bed (not too soft, not too hard), 2 choice of pillows.. free coffee capsules and cookies, tea. Spacious & very clean, we loved our stay and would love to come back!
13min to train station, less to bus station, location is in a more residential area, a square with plenty of cafes and restaurants (and 1 Conad-grocery store) 5min walk away. 20ish min to San Marco.
