Near rail station only 10min walk in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Like the vintage decoration of the hotel, check-in was smooth, good service right from the moment we booked the hotel, we exchanged messages and the information provided was clear. The breakfast service was the best. We enjoyed the buffet service so much. The tea lady served us endless coffees and always with a smile. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I visit Venice again.

Excellent room & bathroom, very spacious, very clean, quiet and truly comfortable. Beautiful garden area where you can sit and read or eat, and relax in the sun or the shade. Perfectly varied breakfast, all prepared and ready for each guest, and very good coffee also. Well connected with the vaporetto (San Basilio); only a 12 minutes walk away from Piazzale Roma. This is a very nice hotel next to a more peaceful and beautiful canal but quite close to the Accdemia bridge. Perfect location where one easily can catch the airport service Alilaguna and the water busses from the Zattere station. Quiet at night. The interior is very nice with an art nouveau flair. Our room for four (family with two teenagers) worked out really well and the beds were super comfortable. The room was quite spacious as well. The bathroom was modern, clean and functional. Breakfast service was excellent with a lot of times to select from and wonderful coffee. The personnel is very friendly and service minded. Warm recommendation!
