The people on Guidecca are very nice! Rossella made me feel well looked after upon my arrival. The breakfast was good and gentleman server was very kind. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Beauitful, stylish resort, with extremly helpfull end flexible staff. I would like to highlight the Lady with short black hair at the front office, i guess Nicola, and the gentleman at the beach with glasses. And the lady with long braun hair at the beach. She was also very helpfull and kind. Our room was super, facing to Venice. The breakfast and the dinner at Cip’s club were also beyond expectations. Many thanks. Def will come back

I have never met hosts that were as gentle, kind and generous as Angela and Federico. We were coming from Milan to Venice and Italy had a national transport strike. They were kind enough to help us with the train tickets, and with understanding the boats and public transports in Venice, which can be a little confusing. The house was impeccable, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped (even with pasta, sauces, coffee, wine, really everything you may possibly need). The were very polite and helpful. We had an amazing stay at the apartment and were very sad to leave. I wish we can go back someday. I highly recommend it to everyone going to Venice!

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Nice appartment , perfect for a couple. The appartment is big, new, quiet and clean with mosquito screens. Location is fantastic. When you arrive with the vaporetto, you open a “secret door” and leave behind all the noise and chaos of Venice. Many good and affordable restaurants close by, with view of Venice in the sunset. We will surely return to Giudecca and this appartment.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The waterbus stop was very close, which made getting around Venice easy and convenient. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything easier.
