Our stay at this hotel was truly magical! We stayed in a room with a terrace, which created an incredible atmosphere – peace, tranquility, and complete serenity. Breakfast in the garden was delicious and perfectly complemented the morning idyll. A special thanks to the attentive and thoughtful staff who made our stay even more comfortable. I have never met hosts that were as gentle, kind and generous as Angela and Federico. We were coming from Milan to Venice and Italy had a national transport strike. They were kind enough to help us with the train tickets, and with understanding the boats and public transports in Venice, which can be a little confusing. The house was impeccable, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped (even with pasta, sauces, coffee, wine, really everything you may possibly need). The were very polite and helpful. We had an amazing stay at the apartment and were very sad to leave. I wish we can go back someday. I highly recommend it to everyone going to Venice!

Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The waterbus stop was very close, which made getting around Venice easy and convenient. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything easier. Stay was great and Nicole was amazing host. He contacted me right after the start he gave all kinds of important info for the Venice and the place. He also informed me 1 week beforehand for a strike of the public transportation. The place for also terrific, I am not sure if the picutres show the full glory of the place. It is big enough, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is nice, the living room and the kitchen are big and have everything you can ask for. We cooked at the place and we had everything necessary. Amazing host and amazing place!

I can highly recommend this place. Alessia was very attentive, communicating with her was easy and she was genuinely interested in her guest's wellbeing. The apartment has been newly renovated, impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. This is a safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. My stay was a 10+, I would definitely return!
