Well modernised boutique hotel in a preserved 14th century palace. Ideal location for visiting Venice, 5 minutes's walk from piazza San Marco and accessible also by water a short distance away from the Bridge of Sighs. A small, quiet garden by the canal edge is a rare bonus in Venice. Beautiful rooms / suites with character and tasteful decoration. Modern, efficient bathroom. Our room was ideally situated, on a high floor with plenty of light and quiet, with a view over the domes of San Marco, not directly over the canal or the street which can be noisy. Good breakfast which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the canal. Hotel reception staff was helpful with advice for planning our days, booking events and arranging transportation. We appreciated a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on our arrival. Overall, reasonable value for money in central Venice.

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a lot an excellent. They help to get a prívate taxi boat for the train station. I really recomend the hotel.

Loved everything about Hotel Firenze. Perfect location, with wondeful staff. Everybody was so helpful and very friendly all the time. Loved the decoration in our room and daily complimentary delicacies which made us feel like home away from home. Definitely beyond our expectations.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was a short 2min walk to Rialto Bridge and 6 mins to St. Marks Square. Restaurants were close by and many to choose from. Staff were amazing in answering all my emails and questions promptly. They even organised the water taxi for me. The quality of furnishings sheets towels and size of apartment was excellent. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the fact they had a good working lift was a bonus. We stayed in 204 and had a great view of the canals. We had 2 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The marble floors were very elegant. The appliances were good quality SMEG. The water doc at the front entry was so convenient. This is an outstanding property that I would return to any day. Highly recommended.

Everything is beautiful, the staff really lovely and helpful, the room amazing, comfy and clean, the bathroom has really good pressure and at night is pretty quiet. The area is PERFECT because it's not in the center of the chaos.

The location was very central, close to san Marco and Rialto. The room was spacious (by Italian standards). The bathroom was very good. Small touches like slippers, fridge bar and kettle made for a comfortable stay. They had a 24 hour concierge. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices like cereals, eggs, etc.
