The property was so clean and was bigger than what the pictures showed. Very central located. Easy to walk everywhere. Our host Alberto was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Alberto's place, ideally located to explore Venice on foot or by waterbus. We would recommend the restaurant around the corner "Al Gobbo di Rialto" for eat in or take away. In the morning we had our breakfast at Caffé del Doge right across the street. All in all, don't hesitate to book this place.

Very nice place, with a perfect location on the grand canal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We will come back for sure

We booked the accommodation as we were driving to Venice. Family with kids. Matteo met us at the guesthouse on short notice, making sure we were settled in and guided us around.
