This is truly one of the best hotels that can be found in Venice . It is brand new with perfect location and an amazing view of the grand canal. Special thanks to Iacopo the front office manager for all his efforts in providing us the room that we had requested. We can’t wait to return !

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The room was cleaned two times a day, the staff super professional and efficient, nicely docored.

The Ca' San Rocco is located in a quiet area, only 5 minutes on foot from both Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and the bus terminus in Piazzale Roma.

We liked the breakfast. It was a not to much, but fully enough to get the energy, a good balance between sweet and non-sweet things. And each day there was some small variation in the offer. The last day there was even a boiled egg with ham which is not typical for Italian breakfast, but we from the north like to eat a lot of eggs :) . Excellent location - 8 min walking distance from/to the Central bus terminal in Piazzale Roma and about 25 min to St.Marco (for smbd. it is maby too far, but not for us, we liked walking and at the same time not staying in the central (overcrowded) part of Venezia). A very quite and comfortable place.

Ca' Lucia Apartment is situated in the San Polo district of Venice, less than 1 km from Rialto Bridge, a 18-minute walk from Basilica San Marco and 1.6 km from Piazza San Marco.

The property was so clean and was bigger than what the pictures showed. Very central located. Easy to walk everywhere. Our host Alberto was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay, close to all major visiting points, very cozy and fully equipped.

Ca' Angeli has great views over the Grand Canal from its lounge and breakfast room. Rialto Bridge is close by and Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Ca' Angeli far exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and considerate. We are able to leave our bags until late afternoon on our last day in Venice. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with a view of the Grand Canal. The hotel is very conveniently placed, in a very quiet alley, but with lots of shops and places to eat within 2 minutes' walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located next to Campo San Polo. The property was spotless, and everything appeared brand new. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property, location close to Rialto Bridge, the property only opened Oct 2022, Mataeo the host has done a superb job, the rooms are so well appointed, Mataeo has thought of everything. The breakfast Buffet was wonderful, Mateo was on standby for a cooked breakfast. The property is a from 14th century, the courtyard is tranquil and relaxed away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, great for Prosecco and cheese plater.
