Loved the decor and style of the hotel, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The laundry area was easily accessible, and the bath area in the bathroom was pretty spacious! Very convenient location, where we could still walk to NIshiki market and Shijo areas easily!

The hotel was very well located and with a luxurious design. The room was beautiful, very large and with all amenities. We loved the rooftop bar with the complimentary drinks as well as the complimentary coffee and ice cream available in the lobby. The staff was very helpful to help us send our luggage to our next hotel.
