The breakfast has room for improvement, but the location is excellent. I enjoyed everything about the hotel, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel gave us vouchers that we used at the restaurant.

All the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely respectful. The facilities were clean. Beds were comfortable, sanitary, and spacious. This location is within close walking distance to shopping centers, markets, train station, and restaurants.

Loved everything! Sooo conveniently located. Lots of bus routes and trains. The Shinkansen station is also there.
Very big room and bathroom. Amazing water pressure and water is hot instantly. Such good showers ahhhh.
Also love the PJs they give and if you need anything, a robot will deliver it to your room.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as well.
I’m so sad to be leaving this hotel!

It’s new, clean and spacious. Went in summer, kids enjoyed the pool activities in VIVA SQUARE KYOTO located near the hotel. Hotel is located just 1 minute walk from the Umekoji JR station, which is one stop from Kyoto. Has Kyoto aquarium and Kyoto rail museum which is couple of minutes by walk.

Fantastic hotel opposite the Kyoto train station. Extremely convenient for catching the bus to the various sights or the Shinkansen as the gate is a 2min walk away. Beautiful comfy lobby area & rooms. Breakfast buffet was great with many options. Staff were polite & very helpful.
